Job Description: ISP:Executing repairs to all instrumentation, controls and electrical equipment in order to secure continuity of productionAssembling, installation, testing and maintaining equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures;Fault finding to all malfunctioning systems, apparatus and components, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problemInspecting instrumentation, control and electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify defects, and the need for adjustment and/or repair to ensure continuous safe operationTesting all systems and continuity of circuits in electrical/ instrumentation/ control wiring, equipment and fixtures, to ensure compatibility to safetyMaintaining machinery and equipment in the plant and keeping them in a good technical conditionRecommending on equipment, software and solutions that shall be used in the ISPEnsuring safety standardsIdentifying and maximizing opportunities to make cost savings, including utilities usage;Controlling technical conditions of the equipment and supervising if its execution is in line with technical documentationExecuting preventive activities for machinery and equipment PLC control systems: PLC logic program development and implementation.Scada animation and development.Developing new control and monitoring systems conforming to ISA.Develop and document of new PLC systems from concept to execution.Maintain configuration control of current PLC source code.Trouble shoot PLC and SCADA control system faults.Interface with equipment vendors and contractors to troubleshoot and resolve startup issues.Alarm management control for SCADADevelop trends for Process. Job Requirements: N6, S4 or higher, wireman’s licence as per OSH act and minimum 5 years professional experience in similar position.
