Datafin are currently seeking candidates for their open Recruitment Administrator (CPT/JHB) position in Cape Town, Western Cape through Go Job Search. ENVIRONMENT: BE responsible for full function recruitment and talent management of a dynamic provider of innovative Software & Systems Solutions seeking a highly meticulous & ambitious Recruitment Administrator to join its team. You will proactively mange an active vacancy sheet against all positions budgeted for; source, screen and distribute CVs of relevant candidates to the departments, manage counter-offers, onboarding documentations, incoming departmental invoices & any recruitment and selection administration including drafting and publishing job adverts, interview arrangements and candidate follow-ups. The ideal candidate requires at least 3 years’ Talent Management experience with a solid understanding the relevant Acts, such as the Basics conditions of employment, Labour Relations, Skills Development, general legislative requirements to deliver on the policies and processes, BBBEE and Employment Equity. You should also have proficiency with Pastel Payroll, MS Word, Office, PowerPoint, Excel & Sage 300.DUTIES:Talent Management: Recruitment and Selection (60%) –Proactive approach to recruitment to ensure that the requirement of business is aligned with the candidates recruited.Ensure that the departmental specific requirements are considered for the vacancies at hand and followed through for the recruitment process.Identify the gaps in recruitment iro of high turnover of staff within departments and close out to ensure stability.Manage an active vacancy sheet against all positions budgeted for in a specific period and any positions that become vacant due to termination of staff.Proactively manage the vacancies to ensure that business units are not impacted adversely.Source, screen and distribute CVs of relevant candidates to the departments.Ensure interviews are conducted in a way that accurate candidate information is obtained for decision making.Ensure necessary checks are done before proceeding with offer (reference, credit and criminal check).Arrange and monitor the outcome of any departmental specific assessments required for appointment.Manage the allocated budgets for positions and follow the required SOP for any positions falling outside of allocated budgets.Manage the counter-offers with the relevant Managers.Manage of all onboarding docs (Offer, appointment etc.).Manage the onboarding and exit of candidates.Use the exit data and manage the gaps to effect change.Maintaining a smooth and effective onboarding process.Facilitate the induction process with newcomers, manage the progress thereof during the probation period and then sign off with the relevant management.General Administrative Management (20%) –Any recruitment and selection administration including drafting and publishing job adverts, interview arrangements and candidate follow-ups.Manage incoming departmental invoices and follow the payment procedure.Ensure HRM filing is conducted every week.Act in a confidential capacity and in accordance with the POPI Act.Policies and procedures (10%) –Adhere to departmental and company policies and procedures.Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.Fully understand the HR policies and procedures and provide expert advice to managers and employees.Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Human Resource adherence to relevant labour legislation.REQUIREMENTS: Relevant Degree qualification, additional qualification is beneficial.Minimum 3 years’ experience in Talent Management.Understand and be familiar with the relevant Acts, such as the Basics conditions of employment, Labour Relations, Skills Development, general legislative requirements to deliver on the policies and processes, BBBEE and Employment Equity.Familiar with internal training.Computer Literate in Pastel Payroll, MS Word, Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Sage 300.Presentation and Reporting skills.Driver’s License.ATTRIBUTES:Confidentiality.Attention to detail.Problem solving and Negotiation skills.Promote good working relations.Ability to work under pressure.Must be honest and trustworthy.Retains cultural awareness, empathy and sensitivity.Self-motivated and confident.Energy – Consistently maintaining high levels of activity or productivity; sustaining long working hours when necessary; operating with vigour, effectiveness, and determination over extended periods of time.
