Staff Solutions Recruitment are currently seeking candidates for their open Country Manager (Technical) position in Johannesburg, Gauteng through Go Job Search. Duties:Fulfill all Location Manager responsibilities.Control compliance with legal rules in the local sales company.Control applicable group and site policies and procedures.Secure the business development of the industrial division and represent the interests of the industrial division.Support technical growth strategy activities relating to the group.Ensure regular communication with Middle East and Africa team, Regional Business Units and European Industrial Services Team.Provide information to the Industrial Management team and Industrial Sales team to enable them to explore anddevelop Focus Product, Focus Sector and Focus Customer potential in support of the sales growth plans.Ensure excellent communication links and develop strong relationships with customers including proactively visiting End Customers and Distributors.Develop strong relationships with all departments, exchanging relevant information regarding activities and leading the team.Requirements:General higher education (commercial or technical) and at least 10 years’ professional experienceDegree or equivalent qualification in mechanical engineeringMinimum 5 yearsâ?? experience in a technical role coupled with 5 yearsâ?? experience in an Industrial technicalmanagerial roleComputer literacy in MS Office, SAPAbility to travel in Middle East, Africa and Europe
